Looking for 1 or 2 people to share a large 4 BR house in Parkdale

I’m looking to lease a large 4 bedroom house in Parkdale for the winter. I’m meeting the owner this Friday 11/28/25′. If it works out & I get the lease, with the option to sublet rooms (based on owners approval) I will be looking for 1-2 people to sublet rooms to. I will update this after my meeting on Friday with more details.  I’m thinking $800-$1000 per room, but not set in stone yet. Cheer’s
